In my Cashfeeder.net Dashboard doesn't shows me the Upline member Details for Upgrading Level 2 amount $1.

But before I Paid $2 for Level 3. How can I pay Level 2? Please check my Details on Admin Side.

No, only 2 level matrix filled with admin, instead.

your first level members downline members are your 2 level.

they will pay 2 level payment after that completion of your level 3.

When your 3rd level completed with 8 members, then inform me... I'll check whose are paid 2nd level payment and redirect that to you.
