spiritual eye, and kudastha eye. So we must closing our eyes and the eye lids are also be in a closed condition but the eye balls should be focused towards
the point between the eyebrows, this is one kind of meditation, so one can induce the superconsciousness state within a specified timelimit, so many colours will appeared. At first you must reach the consciousness state.By this time we feel like a sleeping condition, Our body , mind and breath is also functioning in a normal condition if we are going through in a deepen
manner can attained the superconsciousness state. We cannot feel our body, and muscles heart pulse are very slow, breathings are also very slow but we cannot able to feel provided the eyes become still fixed on the point
between the eyebrows without any disturbance.
